Encore un beau moment passé au Farçon. De belles associations, de belles saveurs, un accord mets et vins au top grâce aux conseils du sommelier. Un niveau de cuisine qui mériterait largement 2** . BRAVO et MERCI.

A very refined dining experience with innovative regional flavor combinations that mystify and delight. There were four of us and we had the four course tasting menu and some thought it did not deserve the Michelin star but you will certainly have a unique and intensely pleasurable experience.
