The restaurant uses fresh, unprocessed ingredients to prepare its dishes, emphasizing local and seasonal products whenever possible. It has also obtained the "Maître Restaurateur" certification and uses organic and ecological products from local producers and craftsmen. The menu offers, for example, a trout gravlax cheesecake as a starter, followed by a slab of trout served with a watercress cream as a main course, and to finish a dessert of blueberry verrine tiramisu style. The dishes are absolutely exquisite.

Très bon restaurant.
Pendant les vacances scolaires ne pas hésiter à réserver à l'avance.
Burgers paysan sec,pour du porc en cuisson lente on s’attend à autre chose...Pain sec et on cherche les oignons confits et le cheesy de la raclette!
Idem pour le burger traditionnel et les frites,fade,sans intérêt.
La quantité n’est pas énorme mais encore si le goût était là ce serait pas gênant.
Le service est en revanche impeccable avec des serveuses souriantes mais cela ne justifie pas le prix et nous ne recommandons pas.
