The menu offers, for example, a trout gravlax cheesecake as a starter, followed by a slab of trout served with a watercress cream as a main course, and to finish a dessert of blueberry verrine tiramisu style. The dishes are absolutely exquisite.

Pour les plats, les quantités ne sont pas au rendez-vous : 4 petits rognons à 25€, tartiflette avec très peu de lard et de fromage. Dommage.
