The Col des Saisies is a passageway between valleys, ideal for winter skiing and offering splendid views of the mountains.

This picturesque ascent takes you on a rural escapade to discover the majestic Mont Blanc. The route is regular, punctuated by 9 switchbacks, with gradients approaching 7%. The first section takes you through fir forests with no clear view, while sharing the road with heavy traffic. At the halfway point, a 450-meter descent allows you to catch your breath. The last section, 6.9 km long with an average gradient of 7%, can be tackled calmly, with a steady climb to the Col des Saisies.

les pistes de ski de fond sont magnifiques, surtout celles avec vue sur le mont blanc
au sommet il y a un domaine de ski de fond avec 130 km de pistes et la possibilité de faire du biathlon. Il y a aussi une piste de bowling avec un très bon restaurant attenant. Attention à l'encombrement. Le parking au sommet est super complet.

La montée aux Saisies est magnifique été comme hiver. En dehors des villages des zones sauvages.
En haut du col vous trouverez un moment qui rappelle que le col des Saisies est également un lieu historique
