One of the worst services we have ever experienced. Despite having been the second table ordered we were waiting more than 45 mins for the main course. The reason was that other guests ordered the same meal as we did and the restaurant was not prepared for that. Everything could have been OK if the personnel could admit their fault and apologize… unfortunately, this did not happen - instead personnel explained that this was normal in France. We know it is not. It does not matter how well they can make tartiflette if the atmosphere is not nice and the staff is arrogant. We do not recommend this place unless the personnel learns a proper behavior.

Très mauvaise expérience culinaire pour moi.
Nous avons pris une raclette pour 3 personnes. Nous avons reçu 6 pommes de terre ainsi qu,'un plateau de charcuterie plus que minable et une salade verte sans aucun goût.
Nous avons redemandé de la charcuterie et on nous annonce un supplément de 6€ par personne, n'ayant pas le choix car nous avons faim nous l'avons pris et surprise... 4 rondelles de saucissons, un peu de jambon et des cornichons...
Passé votre chemin si vous avez faim !

Nous avons passé un excellent dîner dans ce restaurant. Les plats : le Berthoud, la tartiflette mais surtout la daurade et les gambas étaient tous délicieux. Les plats sont tous faits maison. Nous recommandons vivement ! Mention spéciale pour le serveur d'une amabilité et d'un professionnalisme exemplaires !
