Skieuses désespérées à la recherche d’un restaurant, nous avons été merveilleusement bien accueillies du début à la fin. Fondue aux cèpes exceptionnelle, burger excellent et crème brûlée topissime. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés!

the food was at most mediocre. the service was terrible, the wait for the food was too long, we asked for condiments and never got them, i will not recommend dining at this place.

A great casual place to enjoy a meal without the fuss. After getting denied at other places since we lacked a reservation, we were welcome here to enjoy a meal at the high top tables. The server was alone, but managed a crowded restaurant efficiently without stress delivering our drinks, food and desserts in a timely manner. The burger was tasty.

Known as the place for fondue in Val Thorens. ➡️ OVERALL: It's okay
???? FOOD: Meh. The fondue was nothing special. The cheese was tasteless, had to add a lot of salt to make it better. Thе fondue came with bread, we paid for additional potatoes (very basic) and cold cuts (also basic). Desserts are 10 EUR. Full dinner with fondue is circa 30 EUR.
????‍♀️ Service - good, but it was a bit difficult to communicate with the waitress.
???? Atmosphere - okay, but very tight and small space. The principal problem is that there was a very loud group of Brits on the bar tables that significantly hampered our experience. We asked the staff to ask the Brits to be more quiet or to leave, but the staff weren't helpful. We had to ask the Brits ourselves but they didn't cooperate. Disappointing. We had headaches after.

1 gros merci pour ce bon moment ! 1 fondue au top!! Arrivés sans réservation, on a 1 table en 10 minutes !! Du bonheur à Val Thorens !! Et tous le personnel avec le sourire, c'est super agréable !!

Quelle déception. Si vous connaissez ce lieu des années précédentes, vous risquez de ne pas savoir où vous êtes. Choix très limité, tartiflette pas mauvaise mais petite et avec de bons lardons allumettes industriels. Vin maison à ne pas tenter, pourtant servi à 4€ le verre. Lorsque nous avons fait la remarque au serveur, pourtant effacé jusque là (contrairement à sa collègue que nous connaissions visiblement vu le tutoiement constant), le réveil fut immédiat : "ah mais vous pouvez aller ailleurs, c'est le même prix". Sans doute, mais probablement pas un "vin du pays d'Oc" (sic) qui est en réalité un "vin d'origine européenne (comme indiqué sur les cubis présents en salle). Merci pour le génépi, ceci dit.

Terrible experience. A man from another table spilled pickle vinegar on us and the staff just ignored us. We politely told them about the issue and they literally said "and is that my fault?" They seemed to already know said man.
The food was meh. Chewy meat and undercooked potatoes.

Nous avions dû passer 4h dans la montée car la route était bloquée. Les serveurs avaient gentiment garder de la nourriture en cas d’arrivée tardive comme ce fut le cas pour moi.

Endroit chaleureux, service super et très amicale on reviendra et on recommandera avec grand plaisir !

10 ans que je fréquente cet établissement, depuis la reprise fondue sans aucun goût, un temps d'attente particulièrement long et un personnel qui n'hésite pas à vous rabaisser si vous ausez faire le moindre commentaire.
Si vous aimez Val Thorens et aimez manger dans cette belle région, ne réservez pas ici.

D'excellente qualité
Depuis cette avis la direction à changé depuis 1 an, certes pas forcément facile de réserver en saison mais toujours de qualité haut de gamme, le chef soigne et la serveuse en chef à certe son caractère mais un caractère vivant et positif. Je recommande vivement cette établissement pour la qualité de tout ces produits et vin.
