Cadre à couper le souffle. Mais le reste est décevant. Habitues de restau étoilés, rien d extra ici… pas de mise en bouche à part des pickles améliorés.. œufs parfaits nous sommes déçus. Trop salés, les goûts en sont masqués. Plat correct. Desserts sans extravagances … glace yaourt qui serait un sorbet .. j en doute. Très bon mais pour un etoilé pas d originalité autour du plat. Enfin mignardise en dessert : madeleines au chocolat servies dans l’équivalent d une tasse …. Tout cela pour plus de 800€ à 2… réservez à l étage du dessous, voilà mon conseil !
