The niçois Nicolas Rondelli, former disciple of Alain Llorca, works in the kitchens of the gastronomic restaurant Les Pecheurs of the Hotel Relais & Châteaux Cap d 'Antibes Beach as well as those of the beach restaurant, Le Cap, ideal place for lunch or dinner in the sand facing the sea. This gourmet restaurant mainly offers whole fish from local fishing and crustaceans grilled or roasted, with exotic flavors.

I had visited this hotel a few years ago and had not wished to stay. too old. I have just returned, tempted by the change of owner and the major work campaign carried out this winter. and… WoW!!! huge crush. It's superb, very tasteful, with its art deco style and its subtle touches of pink, its wonderful beach, smiling and very professional teams and... its two incredible restaurants!!! In particular the Baba with his menu "of Jerusalem, at the crossroads of cultures". full of flavors and a huge desire to return! Congrats’
