SEA AND COASTAL SPACE
Place to discover exhibitions on the marine and terrestrial fauna of the region at Cap d'Antibes.
Entirely refurbished in the former casemate of the Graillon coastal battery on a 2.2-hectare natural site with a superb view of the Lérins islands, the museum and its tower overlook the remains of an old battery that commanded one of the access points to the Golfe-Juan beach where Napoleon, leaving the island of Elba, landed on March1 , 1815. Now that this military past is a thing of the past, visitors can discover exhibitions on the region's marine and terrestrial fauna. In summer, it's also the starting point for kayak excursions along this magnificent coastline.
