Дама которая встречает гостей (или должна встречать ? А точнее лучше чтобы не встречала) была раздражена и не отличалась любезностью. В идеале чтобы её не было вообще. Ресторан от этого только бы выиграл. Если ты работаешь в ресторане и тебе разрешили встречать гостей, ты должна улыбаться, быть дружелюбна и приветлива. А если тебя раздражают гости, тебе лучше не работать в этом ресторане. И ещё. Суббота, прекрасная погода, много людей. Угадайте, во сколько закрылась кухня? Кухня в ресторане уже не работала в 13.20. Вы это серьезно? А в 14 часов уже нельзя было даже заказать чай. Закройтесь уже и не занимайте чужое место. Пусть на этом месте в следующем году будет нормальный ресторан, а не вот это.

We came to the restaurant to have lunch on Saturday at 13:15. But we were told that the kitchen is closed. Even though it said « open till 15:00 » on the door and there were tables available. There was a very unpleasant lady with dark long hair who was mean and rude. And when we asked to have a seat at least to have some hot drinks (it was freezing outside) she said they are closed!!! Bad service, bad attitude, bad place.
