Sowell Résidences New Chastillon, situated amidst the breathtaking scenery of Isola 2000, initially presents itself as a promising destination. However, as my stay unfolded, several shortcomings came to light, impacting the overall guest experience.

Navigating the check-in process at Sowell Résidences proved to be a wearisome and frustrating task. The designated check-in time of 5 PM, coupled with the early check-out requirement by 10 AM, poses challenges for guests, particularly those arriving via bus, which typically arrives by 10 AM at last and departs at 5 PM. The option for an early check-in at 1 pm, albeit for an additional fee of 40 euros, attempts to address this issue, but it simply seems like a quick cash grab for the hotel. No 4-star hotel operates like this. The efficiency of the reception staff leaves much to be desired. Guests often find themselves waiting unnecessarily, even for simple requests, due to the staff's inability to multitask effectively.

While Sowell Résidences boasts of its 4-star rating, the quality of the accommodations fails to fully meet expectations. While the rooms offer commendable views of the surrounding landscape, the overall ambiance and amenities fall short of the standards one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. There also is zero isolation, making it hard to fall asleep at night.

The breakfast offering at Sowell Résidences comes at a steep price of 18 euros per person. Unfortunately, the quality of the food does not justify this cost. In particular, the taste of the eggs leaves much to be desired, with a noticeable metallic undertone. While the variety of options available is commendable, the overall execution falls short of expectations

In conclusion, while Sowell Résidences New Chastillon offers a picturesque setting amidst the natural beauty of Isola 2000, there are notable areas for improvement. The check-in process, room quality, and breakfast experience all leave something to be desired, highlighting the gap between the hotel's aspirations and its current offerings. Addressing these issues would be essential for Sowell Résidences to truly deliver on its promise of a luxurious 4-star experience.

Un super séjour dans un logement idéalement placé, avec un personnel très agréable et souriant.
Nous avons eu la grande chance d'avoir été surclassé ( sans bien sûr aucune demande de notre part ) et avons bénéficié d'un appartement avec 6 couchages alors que nous avions réservé un studio pour 4. Le logement que nous avons eu, et qui apparemment n'avait donc pas été réservé durant notre séjour puisqu'il nous a été attribué, a été une très bonne surprise puisque plus spacieux. Bravo à vous pour cette politique de satisfaction de vos clients qui n'est évidemment pas pratiquée partout.
Et un merci particulier à Tim ainsi qu'à Evelyn pour leur efficacité et leur bonne humeur.
C'est la 2ème fois que nous venions.
Une 3ème fois il y aura, c'est certain ;-)

Nous vous remercions pour ce super séjour, hôtel est très bien situé, au pied des pistes. A 100m de la galerie, pratique pour faire les magasins.
La chambre rien à redire, propre fonctionnel. Le brunch le matin malgré le monde, très appréciable ( clin d'œil a Alexandra et Louanne pour leurs sourire des 7h30 ).
La piscine a fait son effet après une journée de ski.
Le staff très serviable et nous ont surclassé gratuitement!! Merci à eux
