With the horizon of the Grande Bleue as a backdrop, Chef Aurélien Véquaud distills a Mediterranean cuisine that is tasty, harmonious and masterful. He has particularly distinguished himself with his "invitation to travel" menu, which sublimates the local underwater treasures. Each product is prepared in such a way as to extract its quintessence and bring out its particularities, whether it be fish, shellfish, ravioli, gnocchi or fresh cheese. The pastry chef's desserts also follow this guideline, sprinkled with exotic tones.

Excellent food service and atmosphere. Three set menus each over €200 with the surprise menu being rhetorical most expensive. Worth the expense but must reserve in advance.

Turning out Michelin-quality meals for (entitled) vacationers is hard, hard work. However, Aurélien Véquaud and team rise to the occasion. Impeccable taste in balanced courses, a beautiful terrace on the water, and gracious service throughout, including a friendly Somm who gently offers Provençal wines but then defers to French classics. For this team, the sky is the limit, and I am rooting for them and additional Michelin stars one day. Highest recommendation.

Pour faire et avoir une confirmation de cette réservation il fallait vraiment y insister. Au bout de la 6e tentative (téléphone, Google/The Fork & Email) nous avons enfin eu la confirmation de notre confirmation de notre réservation. Surtout le restaurant était loin d’être complet …
Heureusement le repas gastronomique nous a pas déçu, délicieux repas et bravo au chef pour ce voyage culinaire.

Anno scorso (2022) una cena dA 10 e lode, quest'anno non più di 8. Alcuni piatti non hanno incontrato il nostro gusto (es pesce) ma langostine e piatto signature dello chef sono da applausi! Anche i dolci buoni ma un po stucchevoli. Personale efficiente peccato che un piatto aveva un cattivo odore di "freschino". Posizione e vista sul golfo incantevoli
