Brasserie facing the Mediterranean Sea, modern and bright, where you can enjoy the chef's fresh and gourmet cuisine

A bright and modern industrial space with a mix of metal, wood, brick and glass to enjoy a fresh and gourmet cuisine signed by Chef Volodymir Polyakov: stoved scallops with shallot jam and foie gras, Thai chicken or shrimp salad, carpaccio of home marinated salmon and tatakis of tuna, generous risottos, and even sushis… Home desserts are prepared by the pastry chef who comes from a starred restaurant. In a friendly atmosphere, it is a real pleasure facing the sea.

C'est notre cantine, nous y mangeons très bien, produits frais, de surcroît le personnel est très agréable. Nous allons y retourner en octobre.

The brewery is located on the seafront and the summer you can eat your feet in the sand on the edge of the water. Winter tables are located on the promenade, always facing the sea and we have a little sun to enjoy pancakes at Nutella, with Viennese coffees (the dose of Nutella is generous!). The order take is a little long despite the few people and we asked 3 times our water carafe we were finally brought 3 glasses of water when paying. The rates are those of the Côte d 'Azur, we pay a little the frame.
