Restaurant with terrace offering dishes cooked to order and in front of you
With Christophe at the helm and chef Claude Sarg, this is one of the village's finest restaurants. Here, everything is prepared to order in front of you in the chef's open kitchen. Specialties include marmite de la mer, bourride de lotte de Bretagne (monkfish stew from Brittany) and fiançailles, which combine pan-fried foie gras escalope and roasted scallops. The menu includes oysters from the Thau Basin, fillet of beef, cuttlefish rouille à la sétoise, line-caught red tuna and fresh market suggestions.

Nous avons commandé un plat de 5 poissonsa 32 euros il y en avait que 4 ainsi qu' aux tables voisines. Après la avoir fait constater au serveur et a la responsable de la établissement.
La note est arrivée sans aucun geste commercial (au moins 1 café offert pour s excuser )
Ils ont servi plusieurs plats identiques dans la soirée en bernant tout les clients .A ne pas recommandé manque de d honnêteté.
Dommage
The menu is varied and inventive, and the wine list is quite rich.
In terms of price, we found that accessible, but it is a relative concept (120 € with two with a starter and main course + 1 good bottle of wine with 49 €).
Finally, the portions are satisfactory considering what one has to generally do after…:)
In short, we will come back without hesitation!
