PURA VIDA

This is a very attractive restaurant when you like the raw wood, the pallet decoration and the atmosphere of the surf bars! The advantage for non-surfers is that during the day, the atmosphere is rather calm. Just 20 metres from the busy and noisy central street, Pura Vida has a casual terrace. With his accent, the boss puts us at ease and offers us mixed plates to share as well as generous burgers. More traditional, but nevertheless fused, the other dishes are worked rather "light". The seasoning is made with a few drops of oil or combava juice (exotic lemon), which will restore the flavours of the other ingredients. Vegetarian dishes are also on the menu. The desserts are homemade, like everything else, and the gourmet coffee is a good way to enjoy a Grand Marnier chocolate mousse topped with a few crispy seeds and a raspberry tartlet for example. Always with touches of originality! On summer evenings, the Pura Vida is transformed into a venue for concerts and other festivities.
