LE GRAND BLANC
Pleasant address with terrace where the chef proposes the shepherd's plate, the skier's plate and mountain specialities.
When you enter the Grand Blanc managed by Gérard Honthaas for more than five years, we discover a pleasant small room around the bar with its green benches in front of wooden tables not far from the terrace and, on the floor, it is a room of 90 seats, bordered by a huge pan of wall bays overlooking the snow: stone pillars, logs, floors in tiles, walls of wood slats, separations and wooden tables overlooking a panoramic terrace. Side brasserie, midday, sandwiches, of course, but also the shepherd's base with its garbure, that of the skier (vegetables or cold meats, dishes of the day and dessert) and even some dishes, grills, pizzas, gourmet coffee. In the evening, the chef offers montagnardes, fondues, conveyors and famous, a camembert camembert box, and more elaborate dishes such as the fatty Liver base, les carbonara, almond truites, meunières, une, duck conflict. For all tastes!
