Quiet and relaxing campsite with a playground in Gatteville-le-Phare.

This campsite is located in an old farmhouse, on a preserved natural site, facing the beach. The GR 223 passes nearby, notice to the hikers... A practical place to visit the Val de Saire, calm and restful. Possibility of renting mobile homes or caravans, and even a gîte d’étape. A playground and a game room complete the services. In season, a bread store and a small grocery store allow you to do some shopping if needed. A very nice family place and many of them are regulars - we understand them.

Si vous recherchez le calme, le repos, la sérénité, un retour à la nature dans un cadre magnifique, une quête d’authenticité loin du béton, des usines et de la pollution.
N’hésite pas à venir
Ce camping est convivial, familial et accueillant.
Sa philosophie c’est l’écologie. La nature c’est l’espace de jeux et de vie
Si vous cherchez une usine à touristes, un endroit pour faire la bringue passez votre chemin ce camping n’est pas pour vous
Certes les sanitaires sont un peu spartiates mais c’est anecdotique tant ce camping apporte bien d’autres choses comme un service de qualité un bon équipement et beaucoup de bien-être.
Tout est réuni pour passer d’excellentes vacances. Depuis que nous avons découvert ce camping par hasard il y a 4 ans. Nous y revenons tous les ans.

Very nice location. Facing the sea and near the GR (15min Barfleur on foot). Very warm welcome. Recommended for children (games more animals in the campsite, hen goat rabbit and even a nice donkey) as for lovers of nature and peace. Clean facilities. Relatively large spaces surrounded by hedges or beach views. Helpful owners. Open all year round.
The spirit of the farmhouse is kept. Truly unique in the region!

Pour les amoureux de la nature, je recommande le cottage " Maldives " situé en bordure d'une prairie laissée à l'état semi sauvage et recouverte d'herbes folles et de moutarde pour pouvoir se régaler du ballet incessant des moineaux, roitelets, etc ainsi que des allées et venues d'un couple de pies en train de construire leur nid dans la haie toute proche. Sans compter sur les chemins de ballades qui permettent d'aller vers le phare ou vers Barfleur en longeant la cote. Pour résumer, nous avons passé un excellent week end du 8 mai.

We went in this campsite, we did not see a kayak mini golf is so that the grass is high. Camping is not maintained (not mowed massive flower growing as sing them). Question hygiene that leaves with desired bath blocks and toilets are dirty water is too hot or too cold, the toilet stopped cup electicity. As for the rental of mobile home you had to freshen up all cleaning and crockery. Nou did not take the initiative wash the outside mobile home or tiles because we were on holiday but we had to make the miroires because you did not see yourself inside. Not micro waves no mini ovens not electric coffeemaker the tv £22 week limited crockery. There are also locations right next to the bins what a shame! Finally camping to be avoided. Very cold Welcome.
