DÄNOJÀ ZHO CULTURAL CENTRE
Beautiful museum with a cultural center and a handicraft store offering the possibility of guided tours.
A beautiful museum with modern architecture symbolizing a salmon dryer was created in 1998 to pay homage to the Tr'ondëk Twëch'in culture, whose members already inhabited the region long before the gold rush. The cultural centre offers many objects and activities as well as a tr'ondëk hwëch'in craft shop. The view of the Yukon River from the cultural centre is incredible. Guided tours are available and the centre can be visited by appointment in the winter.
