Discover Kodiak's wildlife and ecosystems in a modern, educational exhibition hall.
This visitor center introduces you to Kodiak's wildlife and ecosystems in a modern, highly educational exhibit hall. The centerpiece of the exhibit is a complete skeleton of an 11-meter gray whale, and park rangers give lectures in the summer. A ten-minute film is also shown on request. Maps and brochures are also available. A bookstore, Alaska Geographic, offers trinkets and educational games to bring back.
