There are several daily ferry departures between the cities of Haines and Skagway between early May and late September with less frequent Friday to Sunday departures on this fast ferry which connects the two cities in just 45 minutes. The views during the journey are breathtaking and all the necessary comforts are on board the ship (coffee, toilets, etc.). It is the safest and fastest way to travel between the two cities.
