On the menu you can taste: whiskey, vodka, gin and other spirits with a good taste of nature. Port Chilkoot Distillery also makes superb cocktails that you can enjoy on site, inside or outside the establishment on the small terrace. The shop sells all bottled spirits, a good idea to bring home an original souvenir from Alaska.
