The Bayview restaurant, with its rather western façade, is run by a couple, Tony and Patricia, and offers one of the best cuisines in town. There are of course hamburgers that are prepared with great care. But it is especially for its shellfish dishes that we come here. So the cockles are excellent, as is the crab. For those who don't like fish and seafood, meat is also on the menu. All this takes place in a pleasant atmosphere with, as its name suggests, a beautiful view of the bay of Sitka.
