A museum dedicated to the Chukchi, Evenk, Eskimo, Yukaghir and Sakha peoples. Rare items include fish skin clothing, Chukchi kamleika (waterproof clothing for hunting and fishing) sewn from seal guts, shaman's outfits and their ritual objects. Superb bone carving specimens. A section is dedicated to the Kolyma Gulag and the Dalstroy. Various temporary exhibitions around local and foreign artists.
