Milingona Youth Hostel ("ant" in Albanian) offers pleasant accommodation in dormitories with four, six, eight or twelve beds and two private rooms. Breakfast is included and parking is available (€5/day). Meals and numerous activities (guided tours, hikes...) are available. You'll appreciate the communal areas, especially the garden under the orange trees and vines. You can also taste Puka's craft beer or beer brewed on site. The staff are happy to advise you on transport and sightseeing.
