BOFILL TOWER
205-metre-high tower to the east of Skanderbeg Square, scheduled for 2026. It will be the tallest in the country, alongside the Mount Tirana tower.
This 205-meter-high tower is due to be built by 2026 on Kavaja Street, east of Skanderbeg Square. Designed by Catalan architect Ricardo Bofill (1939-2022) just before his death, it will adopt a brutalist style and house offices, apartments and a hotel. It will be the tallest building in the country, along with the similarly tall Mount Tirana Tower on the western side of Skanderbeg Square. The 130-metre Eyes of Tirana, a cubic, unstructured tower due for completion in 2024, is already on the Rue de Kavaja.
