This municipal information center may be tiny, but it's sure to be a great help. For one thing, it provides bus and minibus timetables (note that tickets for Montenegro and Croatia have to be booked online, then printed out at home). On the other hand, it's the main Albanian information point for the Peaks of the Balkans trail network: they'll be happy to advise you on organizing hikes in the Theth and Vlabona valleys, then in Montenegro and Kosovo.
