It's a little pricey, but it's a must. Opened in 2011 by Americans, this hotel, housed in a beautiful 1924 villa on Boulevard de la République, was Albania's first boutique hotel. It remains of a very high standard. Magnificent rooms, spacious and soundproofed (WiFi, air conditioning, good bedding and bathroom). Wellness area with hammam, sauna, spa and massages. Restaurant offering carefully presented Western-style dishes. Wine bar and terrace (noisy in summer). Parking, car rental.
