This pedestrian thoroughfare (Bulevardi Shën Gjergji) is named after the former Orthodox cathedral, destroyed in 1968 and replaced by the Cathedral of the Resurrection of Christ. It links the cathedral to the panoramic tower and forms the heart of Korça. This is the korso, the traditional Balkan city promenade, where locals stroll in the evenings with family and friends. Here you'll find the Monument to the National Combatant, the Museum of Education, the Villa Themistokli restaurant, the Vangjush-Mio park and several cafés with terraces.
