Opening in 2022, the "de l'Eau froide" hotel isn't cheap, but it's worth a look for its design and location. This Scandinavian-style establishment is set on the banks of the Drino River, in the small Monumenti i Natyrës Ujë i Ftohtë (Cold Water) nature park, where a beautiful waterfall flows. The rooms are superb, with balconies overlooking the surrounding forests and mountains. Good breakfast, top-class restaurant and qualified staff. You can also enjoy the park free of charge (picnics, swimming...).
