Literally "last barricade". The name says a lot about the patriotic concept of the restaurant, whose décor is inspired by the student movement for independence in 1990, the Orange Revolution in 2004 and the Euromaïdan in 2014. Local cuisine is in the spotlight: traditional dishes reserve flavours that are able to excite the taste buds of the most demanding gourmands. You can taste forschmak, Ukrainian cheese, varenyky, mackerel, banouche, syrnyky and other local specialities. The wine list is entirely made up of Ukrainian wines. Another particularity: the restaurant also serves as a museum where objects of high symbolic value related to the history of these three important periods in the country's life are preserved.
