The turquoise blue and cream palace, in the middle of a beautiful park, was built by the architect Rastrelli in 1750. He received the imperial family during his stay in the Ukrainian capital. It became the palace of the official receptions of the Republic, when it came to the arrival of a foreign head of state or personality. It is also possible to visit it in a group and on pre-registration.
