In the th century, the Armenian church was partially destroyed during Turkish domination and rebuilt in the th century. Unfortunately, in the 1930 s during the campaign against religion it was severely damaged. Today, there are only vestiges, lost in the pretty Armenian quarter. In the 1980 s, his foundations were found a treasure in antiques and silver.
