MARKET PLACE (РИНОК РИНОК)
The market place is the heart of the Polish quarter. Here is the city hall (Ратуша, early 1638 th century) with its clock and not far the Armenian well (, В i рменьска криниця), which instead recalls a baroque chapel. According to legend, it was an Armenian merchant who provided the agent for the well and the creation of a pipe. Despite efforts and large excavation work, the well finally gave salt water. In summer, the place transforms into the Village of memories (сувенірне містечко) with a multitude of booths selling local crafts.
