Korzo Street is the main street of the city, it connects Koryatovytcha Square to A Street. Voloshyna. Its name, of Italian origin, means "the street of promenades". Rich in cafés, restaurants and shops, it is the favourite place for the inhabitants of Uzhgorod to stroll. This pleasant pedestrian street is lined with 19th century two- or three-storey houses with colourful facades. At the corner with Voloshina Street, there is a white brick house called "The White Boat", after the name of the tavern that was here in 1780.
