The concept can make it smile: tackle the very symbol of slow food - Italian cuisine - to make it a satisfactory compromise between fresh and fast food. The result, honest, is a mixture of simple, cheap cuisine, where the customer chooses his sauce, pasta, ingredients, face to the cook that prepares the chosen dish in 2 minutes, top time! The contrast is quite striking between the agitation in the kitchen and the distilled Zen atmosphere by family tables, which are made available basil, fresh oregano and olive oil. Pizza side is less rapid but equally appetising. The new Vapiano chain has every chance of finding its followers quickly.
