The Sokos Torni Hotel is located on the 14 th floor of a small jewel: L, a small intimate bar with double balcony. The rooms are very expensive, as are the drinks, but the panoramic view is really fantastic on the city. Don't forget to go to the ladies'toilet: Thanks to its large windows, the view over the city is even more impressive in the small corner. Direct consequence: these toilets are the most famous in Helsinki!
