You can learn all or almost everything about the history of the railways in Finland in this museum, which opened in 1898. Situated in an authentic railway station and depot area - the Hyvinkää - Hanko - it allows a total immersion in the history of this means of transport. On site, unique pieces such as the Tsar's locomotive and no less than 150,000 photographs illustrate the fascinating world of the train. The plus: in summer, there is a small café and an outdoor model train.
