Opened last summer in Granville, Timeless is the brainchild of two local friends, Jean and Vincent. The multi-cuisine restaurant features a classic, well-crafted lunchtime menu, while in the evening it offers platters, tapas, and a culinary focus on world flavours. The bar side of the restaurant is also impressive, offering a wide range of products, some of which have never been seen before in Granville: 200 spirits and quite a few beers and cocktails. We strongly advise you to give it a try.

Restaurant fantastique. Petit et joliment décoré comme un bistrot moderne. La carte est petite mais bien pensée et les prix sont corrects, en particulier le menu du dîner (1200-1400), mais la carte des boissons est très complète. J'ai pris les moules marnier, je n'ai jamais eu droit à un plat aussi copieux. Un pot entier pour moi avec de superbes frites doubles et je n'ai pas pu dépasser les 3/4 du plat avant d'éclater. Le personnel très sympathique a terminé cette belle expérience. Merci beaucoup.
