Private chef Sami Hakamäki, who has made a name for himself in the best restaurants in Finland and around the world, uses his talent to create wood-fired lunches, dinners using local ingredients and all-day menus! His food can be enjoyed at the lean-to (laavu), Hillhouse and Headland, and in all dishes we use as much local food as possible within the availability of raw materials. Ask for sample menus to see!

We make versatile use of raw materials such as meat, vegetables and spelt from local producers. Maarit's breakfast of oatmeal, goat's cheese and vegetarian and vegan specialties with vegetable beans has become a real customer favorite.
