The menu includes several " moments" gourmet degustacion type but also sensory experiences. It is based on flavour of the Colombian cuisine but with originality and innovation extraordinary. Each time comes the waiter it is a total surprise, smoke, chocolate for the hands... in short, one of the best restaurant than I know, ideal to celebrate a birthday or just experience particuliere. I really recommend for lovers of gastronomy. I could know the chef, it is young 19 year old who has a future very traced, persevering and creative. I love!
