The ultimate luxury boutique hotel experience! With only 60+ rooms, this is your quiet sanctuary in an amazing neighbourhood. Restaurants, coffee shops and shopping all in walking distance. The rustic style of our room made it feel a bit bare (larger size of the room combined with lack of decoration). But the service and friendliness of the staff surely made up for that.

Es sin duda un Hotel para sentirse consentido y con un trato muy respetuoso. En una zona de Bogotá que está rodeada de un sector gastronómico de alto nivel.

Habitaciones muy buenas. Servicio de restauración pésimo, no se pueden hacer peor las cosas. Nos hemos ido muy disgustados con la cena de Fin de Año, pues a pesar de haber efectuado una reserva con mucha antelación nos ubicaron en una estancia apartada de toda la ambientación. Sólo ofrecieron el cambio cuando ya casi habíamos concluido la cena. Un trato absolutamente discriminatorio. El personal al cargo no dió una explicación razonable, el camarero y el maitre intentaron arreglar la velada.

Muy pero que muy mal servicio, no volveremos. Una lástima. Recomiendo encarecidamente el Hotel Santa Clara de Cartagena de Indias, de la cadena Sofitel. Una maravilla, a ese hotel volveremos seguro.
