A pleasant place to have a coffee, indoors or outdoors, on a large patio. Many students from the nearby La Javeriana University come here, not only because of the friendly atmosphere, but also because of the excellent original coffees served. The coffee is selected by professionals, roasted on site and prepared by expert baristas, with 3 types of roasting and 9 different filtration methods, to bring out the best of the acidity, bitterness, body or sweetness of each coffee bean. Varietale also offers teas and snacks.
