MUSEO ARQUEOLÓGICO (MUSA)
Museum with a beautiful collection of pre-Columbian ceramics from different regions of Colombia
Housed in the former residence of the Marquis San Jorge, built at the end of the 17th century, this museum has a beautiful collection of pre-Columbian ceramics from different regions of Colombia. The museum is admirable, just by the architecture and the decoration of the building, with a beautiful patio. It was founded by Paul Rivet, founder of the Musée de l'Homme, in Paris. Interesting to appreciate the evolution of the techniques of elaboration and decoration of the terracotta objects.
