Restaurante Francés Chez Remy has moved 5 minutes from the main square. In the kitchen, Remy is still at the helm with a team he has introduced to French cuisine. Local dishes (boeuf bourguignon, tartiflette, onion soup, quiches, foie gras) made with local ingredients. Remy has been in the region for almost 25 years and knows how to find the best producers: try the braised lamb boyaca! Everything is homemade in this unpretentious restaurant, which attracts many regulars.
