Those who want to stretch their legs can go up to the viewpoint overlooking Villa de Leyva. It is located northeast of the center. It takes about 45 minutes to reach it by a steep rocky path (250 meters of ascent). The mirador offers a superb view of the city and the surrounding mountains. If you continue the path for a few minutes, you will reach a small waterfall where you can refresh yourself, take a nap on the rocks, or meditate.
