Carolina's recipes are full of love, elaborated for the well-being of the soul and the palate. She cooks in front of you, taking her time to offer you healthy, refined and colorful dishes, most of them vegetarian; the salads in particular are fresh and tasty. Most of the ingredients come directly from the garden and are organic. It's rather copious and the fruit juices offer surprising flavors. Beyond the cuisine, we must note Carolina's incredible welcome, almost maternal, to fill us with good energy!
