MIJA COCINA
Since 2019, the Mija restaurant, run by chef Katherine, has been celebrating traditional Santander cuisine. Inspired by Barichara, she offers typical recipes such as mojarra, guiso criollo "Hogao" and "la viuda", a rural specialty served in a small terracotta ramekin. Trained in Argentina by chef Mausi Sebess, Katherine combines technique and family heritage. The rustic setting, adorned with a mural of her grandmother, welcomes weddings, private dinners and cooking classes by reservation. Mija also offers accommodation.
