Since 1954, Panaderia Barichara has been the village bakery. Famous for creations such as Brazo Reina, pan de yuca, churros, breads, meringue and galletas con café. This bakery makes its products in-house, so the industrial aspect is present but doesn't detract from the quality. Customers can also enjoy their coffee directly on the spot, immersing themselves in an authentic, friendly atmosphere. It's hard to imagine 120 people working in a 1500 square metre production area!
