The Cariongo Plaza is the emblematic hotel of Pamplona. Without a doubt the best option in the city in the intermediate category. It is located in front of a small square, the Plazuela Almeyda. Built in 1955, its 85 rooms and suites, renovated a few years ago, are comfortable, bright and well-equipped, but the service is not up to par, and it can be noisy on weekends with the hotel's disco. Same problem in the restaurant, very basic, especially at breakfast. Outside, there is a large garden with flowers and a tennis court.
