Museum presenting various objects related to the part of the history of Colombia, and archives of the city with exhibitions

This museum was built in the house where General Jorge Antonio Anzoátegui lived and died at the age of 30. Anzoátegui, who played a decisive role in the victory of the Battle of Boyacá, is considered one of the greatest generals of Bolívar's army. The museum presents various objects related to this part of Colombian history, as well as the city's archives. It will be of interest mainly to history buffs, but art exhibitions and concerts are held here from time to time.
